	BASE CONSTRUCTION A. 1/8" inset hardboard back B. Pine hanging rail tenoned into end panels C. 1/2" particleboard or plywood end panels D. 3" x 4" unfinished toe kick E. Center toe support on cabinets 30" or wider F. 5/32" hardboard bottom G. 11/16" or 3/4" adjustable shelves 5mm holes H. Plywood corner beam dadoed into front frame, end panel and nailstick.
	DOOR CONSTRUCTION A. Frames are tongue and groove, glued and pinned under pressure. B. 3/8" or 5/8" thick, free-floating solid hardwood door panel or 5.2mm plywood core veneer panel.	FACE FRAME CONSTRUCTION A. 3/16" furniture offset B. 3/4" thick x 1-1/2" wide solid hardwood face frame offset C. Blind mortise and tenon joints are glued and pinned under pressure.
All doors, drawer fronts and face frames are finished with an exclusive, ultra-violet cured, automated spray system.
DRAWER CONSTRUCTION All drawers (except spice drawer units) are constructed of 5/8" thick solid hardwood with dovetail joints on all four corners. A 5mm plywood core drawer bottom is fully captured in grooves on all four edges. The bottom is further secured using adhesive and fasteners. Drawer fronts are fastened to the box using screws.
STANDARD GUIDES Drawer slides are 100 lbs. capacity, epoxy-coated, double-captive, undermount drawer guides. These guides are self-closing and are side adjustable using the back mounting blocks.

OPTIONAL GUIDES:
On most cabinets, an upgrade to full extension (FE) drawer guides is available. When option 300 (OPT#300) is specified, the standard guides are removed and replaced with a Blum® Tandem Plus drawer guide with Blum® Motion Soft Close feature. This ball bearing, undermount drawer guide is rated at 125 lbs. capacity. Contact your Haas dealer for pricing information.
